Everything that happens between your payment clearing and the box reaching you.
Shipping details will be provided after payment processing. Once your payment clears, we confirm your address,
quote the delivery cost for your location, and send you a dispatch update. Lagos orders usually arrive within
1–3 working days; other states take 2–5 working days depending on the courier.
Delivery is quoted per location so you never overpay a flat rate.
Prefer to collect? Say so in your order notes at checkout and we will message you a pickup window for our Lekki base.
Skincare is sealed for hygiene, so we cannot accept returns on opened products. If an item arrives damaged, leaking
or wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo — we replace it at our cost.
All payments run through Paystack: debit card, bank transfer and USSD. Card details are entered on Paystack's own
secure page and never touch our servers. Your receipt and reference arrive by email the moment payment clears.
